" The response was overwhelming, with many recommending household names like Vanish and Napisan, while a strong contingent vouched for the effectiveness of soda crystals.
Claire Lowe revealed her method: "Soak overnight with soda crystals, then wash as normal. I do all my whites like this and everyone always comments how white they are." Lucy Harris also suggested pre-washing with soda crystals in the sink to lift dirt before a regular wash. Hazel Kirk added her voice, saying: "Soaked them in a bowl of cold water to loosen the dirt and then washed with soda crystals.".
