Marcelo "B-Boy" De Souza Ribeiro is known for his eccentric inkings and invasive body modifications which include fanged metal teeth, skin implants and a split tongue.
He believes that 98 per cent of his body has been altered, including the removal of his index finger, as well as excess skin and muscle, as well as splitting his hand in half.
Deby, who is also a tattoo artist, and Marcelo, who has over 1,500 tattoos, hit it off at the event but initially decided to stay as friends.
Tattoo artist Marcelo said: "Her name is Deby, she is 33 and we have been together for a year now.
