In a recent Instagram video, she explained why people interested in bettering their fitness in 2025 should take the advice on board.

In an Instagram post, Jacqueline said: "Motivation may get you started in 2025, but don't expect it to fuel your focus on fitness beyond January. People who exercise consistently year in year out do these two things.
"They've made exercise a habit, something they do regularly without question - like brushing their teeth. They have a clear vision of what they want to get out of fitness.". She added: "It could be training for a specific event, a competition, maintaining independence in older age or something else. You won't always feel like exercising, motivation is a fickle friend, but when you embed exercise as a habit and remember the vision you have of your future self, you'll set yourself up for success.".
The grandmother also encouraged viewers to envision what they want to be like when they reach their 60s to stay motivated. Wise habits are vital to ageing well. In the clip, she mentioned that everyone has off days but, to grow old with strength, you must make an effort. The video gained over 1,000 likes, with users describing her advice as "amazing".
