Traitors' Alexander issues nine word statement on relationship status after fan frenzy

The Traitors fan favourite Alexander Dragonetti has spoken out on his relationship status, after becoming a national treasure on the BBC series. In Friday night's nail biting finale, Faithfuls Leanne and Jake took the win, splitting a staggering £94,600. Unfortunately, Alexander and Frankie were banished during the End Game, despite both also being Faithful. Although he may not have won a share of the huge cash prize, Alexander won the hearts of the nation. In an exclusive chat with the Mirror he's now spoken out on his relationship status, and fans may be in luck.
During the series, host Claudia Winkleman mentioned Alexander was single, which sent fans into a frenzy. Months on, the star confirms he's still on the market. Asked if he was looking for love with his 'new found fame' Alexander laughed: "I am still single... I'll probably leave it there.".
Fans hoping to win Alexander's heart may have some tough competition though, as Claudia mentioned last night during the show's spin-off, Uncloaked, that her Whatsapp was blowing up with messages from friends after she made the revelation, asking if the former diplomat was still single.
It's not only Alexander's good looks that have made him so popular with fans. From his kind nature to stepping off the train and seemingly being 'eliminated' from the game to his hilarious badminton fall, fans won't be forgetting him in a hurry. "I'm so grateful for all the support I've had during this. It was quite an intense process because I got off the train and then came back into the game only two and a half weeks ago. It's been made so much more enjoyable because of all the support out there and I'm enormously grateful for it, it really means a lot," Alexander said.
